Event parking is not available at the Bay View Events Center or anywhere on the Bay View campus for event attendees. For event parking, please see below:
- Attendees must park at the Armeswell Hotel Garage (800 Moffett Blvd, Mountain View).
- From Highway 101, use the Moffett Blvd exit
- Follow event signage and routing to the garage
- Event shuttles will run between the garage and the Bay View Event Center

- Park/Drop-off at The Ameswell Hotel Garage — the mission site is off-limits to personal vehicles.
- Incognito Transfer via secure shuttles will escort Agents to Google Bay View.
- Shuttle Schedule begins at 0700 hrs in 15-minute intervals until 0900 hrs. Reduced shuttle frequency from 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs.
- Avoid Blowing Your Cover: Arrive early to ensure your safety to the mission site — the mission starts promptly.

Transfers to The Ameswell Hotel Garage will remain available till 1800 hrs for extraction at any point throughout the day.
🧐 MISSION AGENDA
The mission is divided into two phases: LEARN, then BUILD. In the morning, engage in a hands-on masterclass to become fully proficient with Google’s agent-building tools. In the afternoon, launch into an all-out Impact Sprint, teaming up with fellow agents to deploy your skills and construct a world-changing prototype.
‼️ This is a team mission. Command Center will strategically assign each Agent to a squad based on profile, expertise, and mission fit.
Custom requests cannot be guaranteed. Your assigned Squad will be shared upon arrival on Mission Day. ‼️
0700 hrs | Shuttle Service Begins
Shuttles deploy from the Ameswell Hotel Garage at 15-min intervals.
0800 hrs | Agent Check-In & Rations
Registration opens. Collect your badge, squad assignment, and fuel up with grab-and-go breakfast.
0900 hrs | Squad Deployment & Mission Briefing
All squads must report to their assigned tables. Command Center welcomes Agents and sets the course for the day.
0920 hrs | Demo & How you'll do this
Get a live walkthrough of the mission tools, frameworks, and intel you’ll use to execute your build.
1000 hrs | Operation: BUILD (Segment I)
Engage in your first build cycle.
1200 hrs | Field Rations Grab-and-go lunch to refuel for the operations ahead.
1230 hrs | Operation: BUILD (Segment II)
Squads double down on design, development, and impact delivery.
1510 hrs | Recon Break
Step back, recharge, and prepare for the next push.
1540 hrs | Operation: BUILD (Segment III)
Final push: polish, test, and prepare your mission artefacts.
1659 hrs | Mission Deadline
All solutions and mission outcomes must be submitted to the Command Center via the Command Console for final review.
1700 hrs | Mission Decompression
Gather at Happy Hour to celebrate wins, swap intel, and toast to impact.
